What is your return policy?
We are so confident you will love your Titan we offer a 30 day return policy. Any Titan determined to be faulty will be exchanged with a brand new unit during the 30 day period. If you wish a refund for any other reason during the 30 day period the Titan must be returned in new, unused condition in the original box and is subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as original shipping fees. We will cover buyers shipping expense if a technician troubleshoots and determines the unit is faulty. All other returns the buyer covers the return shipping. If you would like to return your Titan an RMA number must be obtained or your Titan will not be accepted. You can go to our contact us page and request an RMA or contact us at email@example.com. If the Titan is improperly installed, opened or intentionally damaged it will affect the return status. Please go to our return page here for for additional information.
How do I return my Titan?
Returns must be within 30 days of purchase from our website. Please go to our return page and request an RMA and instructions will be emailed about the procedures and address for this process. We will not accept returns without an RMA. The shipping costs we incurred are not included in your refund and we do not cover shipping expense to return it to us. What is the warranty on the Titan?
The Titan is covered for 10 years on all water carrying components and casing. There is a one (1) year warranty on heating components, electronics and every other component of the Titan. If the Titan fails anytime during warranty coverage it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. See FAQ warranty information for further details.
